Durable, waterproof, and design-forward flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Botswana.
Tswanacrete is a Finfloor distributor in Botswana. Finfloor is one of southern Africa's best-known vinyl and laminate flooring brands — a practical, stylish, and affordable alternative to timber, tile, or stone for residential and commercial flooring projects.
Modern SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) products offer genuine waterproofing, a stable rigid core, and a realistic wood or stone visual in a format that is faster to install, easier to maintain, and more resilient to everyday use than natural materials.

SPC is the most durable form of vinyl flooring currently available. Its rigid stone-polymer composite core provides exceptional dimensional stability and resistance to temperature changes — important in Botswana's climate. 100% waterproof, highly resistant to indentation, and available in a wide range of timber and stone visuals. Suitable for all rooms including wet areas.
Luxury Vinyl Tile delivers the appearance of timber, stone, or ceramic tile at a fraction of the cost, with the added benefit of water resistance and underfloor heating compatibility. Available in plank and tile formats with a realistic embossed texture. LVT is a popular choice for hospitality, retail, and high-end residential renovation projects.
A more affordable entry point for wood-look flooring. Laminate consists of a high-density fibreboard core with a photographic décor layer and a protective wear layer. Not suitable for consistently wet areas, but well suited to bedrooms, living areas, and offices where a timber aesthetic is desired at a competitive price point.
We supply the full range of installation accessories including underlay, transition strips, skirtings, and adhesives as required. Correct underlay selection improves acoustic performance and underfoot comfort, and protects the floor from minor substrate irregularities.
